How to change the image export format
Clarify allows you to specify the export format for images. This lesson will show you how.
Edit step properties

Click on the step properties button to display step properties.
Edit the export format

In step properties you can edit the Export Format.

If you change the format to JPEG you can change the quality of the JPEG compression by selecting a Quality.

for the life of me, I can NOT get a file to be a .JPG.... I follow the directions exactly and NFW..... what am I doing wrong. how can I convert a clarify to a jpg... ???

@Jack - Clarify doesn't export the entire document as a JPEG, just the individual pictures with the clarify-it.com page, PDF, or Dropbox export.
