For part of the first day of the MacHeist nanoBundle 3 deal, Clarify license keys were generated using your email address. If Clarify will not accept your name and registration key then try entering your email address rather than your name.

There was also a short window where MacHeist had trouble generating serial numbers for names with accented characters in them. If your name has an accented character and you are having trouble registering Clarify then you will need to contact Macheist support to request a new key:
