How to add paragraph text
Click "Add paragraph text"
Each step can have paragraph text. Just click "Add paragraph text". Depending on your settings this may appear above or below your image.
Add text and format
Enter your text (1). This text can be formatted using any of the formatting tools on the toolbar (2).

How do I increase the font size when I write above the picture. I know how to do it inside the pictre but have not found any tool when you enter a paragraph above or below picture.

@Max Currently there is not a way to change the size of the step text in the Clarify UI. When you export a document the size of the text is determined based on the export format (web vs PDF).
