Then Clarify is having trouble parsing some of the text in your document. It is a problem that we are aware of and are actively working on a solution.

There is an issue with Clarify and PDF export that is triggered by certain formatted text. If  you have a run of text that combines italic and colored text or italic and bold text it could trigger this bug. One example of text that would trigger the bug is a string of italic text that has the last few words formatted with a different color than the first few words. In this example, removing the text color (using the eraser icon in the formatting toolbar) would fix the export error.

Use the format eraser to remove formatting for text that has two styles applied to it.

You should then be able to export the document.
