Clarify licensing
Usage
The Clarify license is a per/user license. A single user can use the license on multiple systems, including a laptop and desktop computer. But they can not share a single license with other users.
Upgrades
The Clarify 1.x license is a perpetual license. No renewal or maintenance fees are required. All 1.x upgrades are free of charge. Major upgrades, for example from 1.x to 2.0 would be paid.
Site licenses
Site licenses for Clarify are available starting at 30 seats up to 60,000 plus. Please contact us for site license pricing at [email protected].

I know I upgraded to clarify 2 but I cannot find my serial number (due to a computer crash). Do you have it on file and can you send it to me.

Do I have to buy two licences if I want to use clarify on mac and windows? I have a pc and a mac.

@Roman - You would need to get a cross-platform license (one of the options in our store). This is less expensive than buying two separate license for each platform.
