Insert a numbered list from sequence annotations
One way to annotate a screen shot is to place numbered circles on the image and then use a corresponding numbered list in the paragraph text to explain each circle. This can be useful any time there is not a lot of space for text annotations on the image itself, but is especially useful when you want to illustrate a sequence of actions to be performed on the screen pictured in the image.
If you have added sequence annotations to a step image you can automatically generate a numbered list in the text field.
